Conditions of transportation of ADYS France France’s customers and their baggage to the predefined destinations whenADYS France is the transporter The transporter reserves the right to change and modify the conditions of transport at any time. Legislation applicable to these Terms and all transactions through this site is governed by French law: in case of dispute, the Court of Paris will be the competent court, without referring to another tribunal.
Caution on The Conditions
All customers are required to accept all conditions of the transporter. Any breach of this acceptance will nullify customers' rights to compensation, reimbursement, alternative or substitute solution. All these conditions must be read and approved by the Customer prior to the purchase of a performance to the Transporter. Any customer using the services of the transporter must be in possession of a receipt or confirmation of a booking voucher. In case the client would not be in possession of a receipt of confirmation, the transporter reserves the right to refuse the transfer or to demand a full rate payment, according to the rates published on the website of the transporter before allowing access to the transporters services. No cancellation insurance or assistance is included in the prices listed on the website. Each traveler must verify that it is in possession of the required documents for his trip.
Booking procedure
Transport services can take place only if there was prior reservation. The transporter is subject to the Transportation Act of 11/2/1986 - Article 5, stating that the transporter must hold a detailed list stating clearly the names and destinations of the transported clients. The reservation will be accepted only if the request is consistent with the restrictions imposed to reservations by the transporter. Customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided at the time of booking are correct and valid. A reservation request will not be considered accepted or confirmed until the customer has received an email / fax confirmation from the transporter. The prices listed on this site are in Euros and include all taxes unless otherwise indicated. Any order or booking will be confirmed only after payment by credit card via the secure payment system provided by ADYS France. After payment ADYS France will send a confirmation by e-mail: this voucher must be printed to serve as proof of purchase and must be presented to the service provider. Before booking, the customer must check if he can print his vouchers. Restrictions on reservations
The validity of the services provided by the transporter is subject to the respect of the conditions and limitations below : For customers traveling to or from Roissy Charles de Gaulle, Orly, Beauvais, Le Bourget and Vatry: All transfers on arrival and departure are possible 24/24 every days. The transporter can pick up and drop customers in central Paris, specifically to hotels and private homes whose postal code starts with 75. In case the client would be transported to or from an address located in the Paris suburbs the transporter reserves the right to refuse the transfer, or whether it is feasible to demand payment of a surcharge fixed by the transporter and payable immediately. This amount varies depending on time / transfer, the location and distance of the transfer.
Changes in the Reservations / Cancellations and Refunds:
All claims for a refund or compensation will be made in writing, by e-mail or by post and addressed to the transporter. A survey will be conducted and a decision will be made within 28 days of receipt of the claim. The transporter shall not be liable until the investigation has not been completed. All changes will be made without extra charge but must be made 3 days prior to the time of treatment or finish. The transporter will do its utmost for his clients who requested a change. . Any changes must be requested, whenever possible, at least three days before the effective date of transfer. For any cancellation by the customer, cancellation charges below shall apply: - More than two days before the transfer, 5% of total - - On the eve of the transfer, 50% of the total price - The day of transfer, no refund.
Payment
Please note that to place orders or book from our website means an irrevocable and unconditional acceptance to these terms: as a result, the client agrees to pay all confirmed bookings and orders placed online. Any purchase of services provided by the transporter must be prepaid. The customer should print his booking confirmation / his voucher, during reservation and present them to the transporter, if requested, at the time of transfer. The customer must ensure that he has printed enough vouchers for the number of transfers requested. In the event that the client would not be in possession of his confirmation for his transfer or his voucher, it would be obligated to pay directly to the transporter the full public tariff.
Children
Children aged 0-10 years pay reduced price of 12 euros per child, per way.
Personal Information
The private and personal information about customers will only be used by the transporter and will not be passed to any third party except for legal and governmental authorities that may request it.
Arrival Procedure
The customer must comply with the procedure of arrival of the transporter. The arrivals procedure is always clearly stated on the booking confirmation sent by the transporter to the customer.
Transfer Shuttle Service Shared: Upon arrival at the airport before retrieving his luggage, the customer must call the following number Adys France 06 50 58 99 21. The customer is then directed to a determined meeting point where he will find the transporter. The Planning Manager of the transporter will determine when the vehicle can leave the airport and in which order the clients will be taken to their destination. Transfer Shuttle Service Private: The driver will welcome the customer at the customs exit holding a sign with his name and transfer him directly to his destination address. Late Arrivals
After 20 hours, the transporter will wait until one hour after the scheduled arrival time. After that extension of time is over, the transporter will make every effort to transfer the client that is late but can not be held liable if the transfer is not feasible. The transporter shall not be held responsible for additional expenses that may be required to support the client because of its late arrival.
Departure Procedure
Customers must call the transporter at least 24 hours before their departure from Paris to reconfirm pickup time. Customers using the transporter to return to the airport will have to accept the pickup time determined by the transporter, which will always be fixed at least 3 hours before takeoff. In the event the customer disputes the pickup time, the transporter will wait for 5 minutes maximum before leaving the customer's address. After this period, the transporter is no longer responsible for the transfer of the client and reserves the right not to refund the customer. The transporter shall not be liable for a flight / a train / a meeting / an appointment / a transit missed by a client.
Strikes and Events
Transporter shall not be held liable for any delays, missed flights, transit or additional costs incurred by the customer in case of strike, industrial movement or event that might take place in France and the world. During these times the transporter reserves the right to change reservations, confirmations, and pick up times as it deems necessary.
War & Terrorism
Transporter shall not be held liable for any delays, missed flights, transit or additional costs incurred by the customer in case of acts of war or terrorism that may occur in France and worldwide .

Safety on Board
All customers are asked to respect local laws and regulations. In accordance with French laws applying to traffic, all customers must wear seat belts while they are aboard the transporter vehicle. The transporter / the driver reserves the right to refuse any customer they deemed unable or unfit to travel. Any customer who will be asked to leave by the driver of the vehicle transporter, or will be refused to get in vehicle, will not be entitled to demand a refund and the transporter can not be held responsible for any additional costs borne the client.
Child seats
All our vehicles are equipped with child booster seats. We recommend to passengers traveling with babies to bring their own child seat. Customers carrying with them their own child seat must assume full responsibility for fixing the seat and the safety of the child that will be installed. As part of a reservation for a shared shuttle service, baby seat is provided at a price of 10 Euros, on request. As part of a reservation for a private transfer service, baby seat is provided free upon request.
Luggage
The client may bring a free average or normal baggage size and a hand luggage. The transporter / driver reserves the right to charge a surcharge for each additional item. If space is insufficient to carry extra baggage, the transporter reserves the right to refuse the client's transfer. The rate for extra luggage can be obtained from the transporter.
Lost / Damaged
The transporter may not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the customer's goods during transportation, loading or unloading. Any lost and found on board a vehicle by the transporter must be recovered by the customer at the transporter office. Items that will not be recovered in a period of two months will be destroyed.
Pets
The transporter reserves the right to classify all kinds of animals as excess baggage. Where space is insufficient to carry extra baggage, the transporter reserves the right to refuse the client's transfer. The rate for extra luggage can be obtained from the transporter.
Large animals should be caged and placed in the rear of the vehicle.
Vehicles
In extreme circumstances the transporter reserves the right to replace his usual vehicles by alternative transportation: taxis, cars, corporate shuttle partners, that may bear or not the logo of the transporter.
Cigarettes
Customers are advised that all vehicles provided by the transporter are non-smokers./p>
